Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: If you are a first time
customer, we ask for a deposit to start the order with the balance
due on or before the actual delivery. After we establish a business
relationship, credit terms can be arranged. All payments are
accepted with via business or personal checks.
Q: Can I return items?
A: If we have made
a mistake on your order, please let us know immediately. Please
keep in mind that we can't accept the return of custom manufactured
and imprinted goods unless we have made the mistake. You can

Q: How will my order be
shipped?
A: As a rule, we
use FedEx and UPS. We can even have goods on your doorstep by
the next business morning. If you're not in a hurry and want
to watch your budget, we can use a common carrier. If you have
other needs, let us know when you place your order and we will
do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Q: Can I have my order shipped
to different locations?
A: Yes, just give
us the addresses and tell us how many pieces to deliver to each
drop ship point. There is no charge for drop shipments.
Q: Can I have my items packed
individually or in special packaging?
A: We can help with
your gift box or special packaging needs. Let us know what you
need when you order and our customer service staff will work
with you to answer your packaging needs.
Q: How long will it take
to manufacture my items?
A: Each item in our
extensive inventory has different manufacturing and raw material
requirements, so manufacturing times vary. A good rule of thumb
is to allow 10-15 business days from approval of artwork. Of
course, when you place your order, we'll let you know the length
of production time.
Q: Some items call for "camera
ready art." What is that?
A: Camera ready art
is any illustration, graphic image, or special design that has
been produced in black and white and that our staff can reproduce
directly without our artists having to adjust or modify it. Consider
it this way: it's an image that you could duplicate on a photo
copier and have a crisp, clear, clone of the original.
Q: What if I don't have
camera ready art? Can you help me with my artwork?
A: Yes, we can help.
Send us a sketch of your idea, tell us how you want to use the
image, and we will do the rest. Art charges are $30.00 per hour.
Naturally, after we look at your sketch, we will give you a firm
quotation before getting started.
Q: Can I see what the product
will look like before it is shipped?
A: Yes, we will send
you, via fax, e mail or FedEx, a paper proof or an actual product
proof for you to approve before we manufacture your product.
Paper proofs, that is, a picture on paper of the finished item.
Because of the expense and effort involved in making an actual
product, we have to charge for a product proof.
Q: Can I decorate my items
with any color?
A: Most of our items
can be printed in any color. However, some items have a limited
range of printed colors (usually because of the material they
are made from). Simply check with us when you place your order.
Q: Can you match PMS colors?
A: Yes, in most cases.
If you have specific color matching needs, let us know when you
order and we will let you know what your options are.
Q: What will it cost me
to get the artwork setup for printing?
A: We must prepare
our manufacturing for printing your image or text on the item
you have chosen. We charge a one-time set-up fee. Remember, if
you re-order the same items, you don't pay the set-up fee the
second time.
Q: What is personalization
and how is it different from regular printing
A: Personalization
is decorating each item with an individual name. For example,
you may choose a "logo polo" and we'll print your logo
on the front of the shirt and put the name of the person who
will receive the shirt on the sleeve.
Q: Are any products imported?
A: We have multiple
sources for our products. If you require domestic production,
please let us know.
Q: Can I buy union made
products?
A: We will make every
effort to accommodate your needs for union made products.
